On this last Tuesday of 2016, we claim hope, we embrace hope, we pledge to live in hope and continue to move toward God even as God moves toward us.
The songs we sing help us say, “Through the storm, and the rain, through heartache, yes, and pain, thank God I still, still, still have joy!”
Every time I think about how autumn is a season of mercy, a season of healing, a season of strengthening, getting rid of the old to make way for the new, I smile.
